Massessor introduces the concept of a campaign - an assessment thread scoped to a single unit of your organization. A campaign encompasses its questionnaire (questions and a scale) and assessments (assessors and assessees). Assessments are labelled (e.g. manager, self, peers) to denote the angle of assessment and allow for multi-degree feedback.
Massessor lays emphasis on data presentation to help you quickly identify your staff's strengths and weaknesses. Results include user and unit history and historical comparison of users and units.
