It then links the structure to the framework allowing for units and individuals to have a set of competencies attached to them.

Massessor organizes 360 reviews into campaigns. The objective of a campaign is to assess all or some members of an organizational unit and the unit itself, typically according to its role and thus competencies.
Massessor allows for multi-source assessment: self assessment, peer assessment (by members of the same unit) and assessment by any other organizational unit. Each source can be labelled and different labels constitute multi-angle feedback.
